Take 1/2 banana and mash it. Put it in a ramekin and microwave it for 20 seconds.
Remove from microwave.
1/2 cup Liberte Plain Greek Yogurt.
Splenda ( to taste)
vanilla ( about 1/4 tsp)
Mix yogurt, splenda and vanilla together and add to the banana while it is still warm.
This is a really tasty treat. You may add some cool whip or nuts but that will change the nutrition values in the chart below.
